Carm and I had a great weekend in Connecticut. After driving all day on Saturday we got to see a great Pearl Jam show at the Dodge Center in Hartford - I got my Black towards the end of the first set so that was pretty exciting. We were surrounded by very nice, giving people in the lawn (which isn’t typical of a show at Hartford), so we never had to worry about the fun wearing off. The Gallagher brothers were nice enough to let us sleep at their place - despite having to nix their plans to go out as a result of waiting for us to get back from the show.

On Sunday, we had a nice little brunch with the family for Mother’s Day and then it was back to Rochester for us. It was a long, exhausting two days, but we wouldn’t trade it for anything. Thanks to everyone who made this weekend great…
