Maybe I’m biased, but David Wright is one of the most humble and down to earth baseball players around these days. He’s 2 months younger than me, makes a few million more a year, yet somehow he carries himself with politeness and courtesy that would make Mr. Rogers proud.

This interview from the Dan Patrick Show (which DOESN’T feature Dan Patrick, thank God) is proof that you can be young, make millions of dollars, and still carry yourself like an honest, responsible human being. I’m not saying that there aren’t any guys out there like him, but they’re certainly harder to come by these days
